SMAP sẽ biểu diễn các bài hit của Michael Jackson ở Kouhaku
SMAP sẽ biểu diễn một số bài hát của ông vua nhạc POP Michael Jackson, người vừa đột ngột qua đời vào tháng 6 vừa qua, tại chương trình NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen lần thứ 60. Vào ngày 5 tháng 6 năm 2006, SMAP từng có cơ hội gặp Michael Jackson trên chương trình SMAPxSMAP. Trưởng nhóm Nakai Masahiro là người Nhật duy nhất được mời tham dự buổi chiếu premiere của bộ phim This is It ở Los Angeles vào tháng 10 vừa qua. Có thông tin là SMAP sẽ hát các bài hit như Thriller và Beat It.

wow this news was so thrilling XD but still a bit worrying ~ well, you know..SMAP...their singing, in my opinion, isn't bad, really, but it's a bit unstable when it comes to live performance XD Not to mention that they will sing in English. I don't worry about Kimura and Shingo. Their English is quite good, especially Shingo (you should watch his performance of Say You, Say Me with Lionel Richie
he sang so beautifully ~). But the other three

If SMAP can do the performance well (or at least acceptably), it's okay. But if they can't do it properly, people will criticize them. Well, I guess even if they try their best and do it properly, some people still find faults with SMAP
After all that's the way humans are. When you're popular, when you top, there are people trying to destroy your fame by all means (it's what I've learned since I fell into SMAP's fandom *sigh*)But as a Smappy I'll definitely look forward to their performance and pray for them XD I know SMAP will try their best and once SMAP does things seriously, you'll see what SMAP is XD So, SMAP, ganbatte, ne
Wow, so there's another reason for me to look forward to Kouhaku this year XD MJ's songs and Sotto Kyutto. I'm so addicted with SoKyu's choreography since the FNS performance XD
